Исследовательский центр рекрутингового портала ********.ru провел социологический опрос: «Хотели бы Вы изменения графика работы в связи с жарой?»

Об изменении рабочего графика в связи с небывалой жарой мечтают 48% работающих москвичей, однако большинство работодателей не считают экстремальные погодные условия достаточным поводом для внесения коррективов в режим труда своих подчинённых. Такие результаты были получены в ходе опроса 2000 имеющих постоянную работу жителей столицы.

В том, что в связи с установившейся в столице жаркой погодой работодателям следует пересмотреть рабочий график, уверены 48% работающих москвичей: «Трудно работать в такую погоду – организм не выдерживает нагрузок»; «У нас даже кондиционера нет... В маленькой комнате сидят 5 человек... Но всё равно работаем, а куда деваться?!» При этом мнения респондентов относительно того, какие именно коррективы необходимо внести в рабочее расписание, различаются. Некоторые полагают, что это должен быть «удлинённый обеденный перерыв», другие ратуют за «сокращённый рабочий день», а третьи – за перенос начала рабочего дня на более раннее время: «В летний период было бы отлично перенести начало рабочего дня на 2 часа раньше».

Не видят необходимости в изменении графика работы 39% опрошенных: «Кондиционер решает проблему. А терять деньги из-за погодных условий я не хочу»; «Изменения в рабочем графике плохо сказываются на работоспособности»; «И что я буду делать в этот длинный обеденный перерыв? На работе сидеть?»

Затруднились с ответом 13% москвичей: «С жарой можно бороться с помощью кондиционирования и вентиляции»; «Меня жара не беспокоит».

Что касается московских работодателей, то лишь 2% из них решились на изменение рабочего графика в своих компания, ещё в 4% столичных организаций собираются сделать это в самое ближайшее время.

Большинство же представителей московских компаний (79%) сообщают, что, несмотря на экстремальные погодные условия, график работы у них останется прежним: «От жары работы меньше не становится»; «В нашей компании и так скользящий график работы»; «У нас в офисе прохладно. Кондиционеры»; «А куда деваться посредине дня во время сиесты? Домой ехать нет смысла (туда и сразу обратно), гулять по улице в самую жару – глупо...»
